How do I put logo where site title is?

  Ideally, I would like to achieve:

  On home page: logo in center (where it is now) and have no “site title” at all.

  On other pages: logo in the top left where the “site title” is.

  Please help!

  Would also like to know why the logo jumps down on the mobile view, rather than getting smaller?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
