You can’t create a page that will specifically display posts on a specific subject. But there is a work around.

First you need to be sure you have the right categories assigned to the blog posts you want to turn into a listing in your site’s main navigation. For example, all of your music posts would be under the category music. More information on categories here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/

Once you’ve got your posts properly categorized, go to ‘Menus’ under ‘Appearance’ in your dashboard. In here you can create a custom menu for your site.

Create a new menu by giving it a new name and saving. In the box on the right, expand ‘Categories’ and select the categories you want to be listed in your main navigation.

Drag the categories into the order you want them in your main navigation. Under the ‘Menu Settings’ make sure the Primary Menu box is checked. And then save.

Also, you can also name your category pages something different than the actual category – they don’t have to match.
