how do i put my specific post on specific pages?

sorry I’m new here and i need help going about this.
I have three pages for now-beginner, intermediate and expert
i want to create materials and have them appear on certain pages.

If you’d like to add content to your pages, all you have to do is go to WP Admin > Pages, click on the name of the page you’d like to post to, and type away. Be sure to click on the ‘Save Draft’ button if you’d like to save as you go, and the ‘Update’ button when you’re ready to publish.

If you’re speaking about having different posts appearing under different menu headings, you need to use category pages. Blog posts by default appear on your home page (main feed) in reverse chronological order. You cannot sort posts on the main feed, but you can set up category pages that will only display posts that have a certain category assigned. You’ll need to create a custom menu in order to use category pages. See these articles for comprehensive instructions:
