How do I put only 3 sticky's on my main page … and nothing more, please?

    Dear all

    For my film site, I only wish to have 3 sticky-reviews (the most recent movies) and *not* anything else.

    I know how to turn a written text into a sticky … but how can I keep OTHER written texts from appearing on the main page, please?

    Coz right now … I see the 3 stickies + underneath a LOT more reviews (which should only be found under their right Alphabet-folder, NOT on the main page).

    Somehow I gotta be able to say to my site: only 3 sticky’s and NOTHING else … :)

    One way to do this would be to limit the number of posts displayed. Go Dashboard –> Settings –> Reading and change the Blog pages show at most setting to three. But, I think this would also limit your categories/alphabetical listing to just three as well.

    You might check (on Readings page) the To infinity and beyond setting. It looks like you’re set to Scroll Infinitely. If so, unclick that, and your page may be less wieldy.
