How do i put people on a blogroll?

i do not know how to doit, does anyone have any helpfull tips.
also does anyone know how see who has subscribed your blog?

OK! Firstly, you need to add the “Links” widget to your sidebar from Appearance > WIdgets in your dashboard.
Then, go to “Links” in your dashboard, and add the people you wish to be displayed in your sidebar there.
To see the people who have subscribed to your blog by email, you’ll need to look at your stats:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscriptions/#subscription-statistics
The incoming links on your stats page are the sites which are linking to your blog.

How do you get people to link with you? When you say “add the people you wish to be displayed in your sidebar there”, does that mean I just simply add a link in there of a site I like? Have only just joined today so abit clueless how I get sites linking to me?

You do not require the permission of any other blogger to link to their blog. You can Link to any blogs you wish in your blogroll (Links).
Reciprocal linking is a common practice among friends but it’s not the best practice unless the blogs have related subject matter. If you visit blogs that have similar content to your own blog’s content and leave meaningful comments on posts you will form relationships with those bloggers, and then backlinking to each other’s posts in new posts you publish is a natural practice.
