How do I put the "sign up" button? Or Forums, even?

  Hey there,
  I started the blog today, and I wanted to finish the entire thing before I start publicizing it.
  I wanted to know how you put the “Sign up” or “Log In” button on the blog.
  Just like how you’d find it on a professional blog.
  I’d really appreciate any suggestions, and I don’t speak the complicated IT language, so please try and go for simple instructions!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
