How do I quickly delete everything I accidentally imported from Tumblr?
-
I accidentally imported a blog I did not want to import from Tumblr. I want to save my original WordPress content, and eradicate everything that imported from Tumblr. Originally I wanted to import SELECT posts from tumblr, not EVERYTHING, and the import button promised to import “some” posts, not ALL, and now I cannot stop the import process. Moreover, the categories got corrupted, and now everything that has been imported from tumblr displays as “Japan Trip” by category, which is the same as all of my original stuff. I am very upset and don’t know how to fix this without hours of labor.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. You can’t undo an import but you can bulk-delete multiple posts at a time. Go to the WP-Admin dashboard (http://thoughtsoftheartist.wordpress.com/wp-admin/), and click on Posts ->All Posts. Select the posts you want to delete by checking the boxes next to them, and click the Bulk Actions option at the top. Select Move to Trash and apply. Continue until all posts are deleted. (You can click on Screen Options at the top of that page to change the number of posts displayed on the list at a time.) https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/#deleting-posts
I’ve never imported content from Tumblr, but the way I understand the support doc, you can select which Tumblr blog to import, but you can’t select which individual posts it will import. It looks like an all-or-nothing scenario to me: https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-from-tumblr/#step-three-import-your-content
