How do I raise a ticket with WordPress?

I have imported to wordpress sites before and the tools/import/wordpress route always then asks for the file I want to import and imports it.
I am now trying to import a self hosted site back to wordpress.com
I have exported the file and then gone to tools/import/wordpress and at that point I am not getting asked to locate the file to upload. I am getting taken straight to this page/message. The import is obviously not in process as I haven’t told it what to import.Import WordPress

I am now wondering if there is a glitch somewhere and it can only be fixed at the WordPress end but how do I raise a ticket with them?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can go about contacting the Support team in a few ways – first, I’m going to tag this topic for staff attention so they can take a look at your query. Be sure to subscribe to this thread so you’re notified of their replies.
