How do I re-authorize my connection with Twitter, which stopped working?

My WordPress posts are supposed to connect to Facebook and appear there. So far, that’s worked well. My recent post, however, didn’t connect and when I tried to “authorize” my connection with Twitter, I got this message:
The request token for this page is invalid. It may have already been used, or expired because it is too old. Please go back to the site or application that sent you here and try again; it was probably just a mistake.
I tried a couple of times, but kept getting the same message. Any ideas on how to fix this?
