How do I re-purchase the premium upgrade on my account?

  I am having problems paying to renew my premium upgrade. When I try to renew it I get a note saying I must repurchase it. When I try to purchase it I get a note saying I already have it. It is expiring on November 5th and I was on auto-renew but my credit card number had changed. What do I do?

  Hi there,

  It looks like you have a few users on your blog, and one of the other ones purchased the WordPress.com Premium. Only that user can renew it, I’m afraid. If you could try logging in with one of the other accounts, you should be able to renew using one of those accounts!
