How do I re-size the padding around the drop down menu to be much smaller?

  I am using Vantage, unable to figure out how to re-size the padding around the menu items on the header bar and the drop down menu to be much smaller?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What you are talking about requires CSS. CSS changes can only be made on WordPress.com sites if you purchase Custom Design.

  You don’t use Vantage on https://scottaccountants.wordpress.com/
  So, if you are referring to http://www.it-resq.net/ you are in the wrong forum.
  This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com
  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.
