How do I reconnect my blog with my account

My blog doesn’t appear to be linked with my account and I can’t figure out how to fix this. The blog is paddlingmeditation.wordpress.com

The site paddlingmeditation.wordpress.com is owned by a different WordPress.com user, not strongd.
If you also control the other account in question, you can log into WordPress.com as that user and transfer the site to strongd:
