How do I reconnect to glennaustin.wordpress.com?

I am getting the message, “Sorry that site is reserved.” I am changing web hosts and was getting error messages so I disconnected and now can’t reconnect. I am really sorry. Am a total newbie. A friend helped me get started through Bluehost, but I changed service (long story) and can’t get up and running again.

I should have said that the name that is coming up as reserved is glennaustin.wordpress.com.

It has nothing to do with Bluehost. Your account here is completely separate from that.
Someone owns the username glennaustin and has for seven years https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/glennaustin. Is that you? If so, log out of this account and try logging into that one. Click Forgot Password if indeed you forgot it.

Hmmm. 7 years!? Definitely not me. Thank you for checking that out for me. I do own the domain glennaustin.com so I am going to go from that direction.
