How do I recover a account that's lost because of two step authentication?

  I have an other account with two step authentication but I don’t have the verification code or the backup codes. My country has added an extra number to my cell number, so I can’t have a code sent to me by sms. I can’t log in, this way, I can’t have access to my blogs.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery with as much information as possible and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
