How do i recover a expired domain

    Hi
    my domain didnt renew automatically and the link to renew didnt take me to a bill to pay etc, which has lead my domain to expire and I cant seem to get in touch with anyone in support to sort this out. I have updated by card details. Can someone just sort this out please. I keep going round in loops over the past few weeks.

    Hi, could you please confirm which domain you need help with?

    Generally speaking if you’re just mapping a domain:
    – add a plan
    – map the domain

    We have a how-to here:

    If that isn’t working, could you let us know exactly what error you get?

    Please note too, if you had custom domain as your primary domain without a plan previously, that’s a legacy option that is no longer available. We wouldn’t be able to add that back to your account.

    If you had registered a domain here and it expired, it’s likely under another account, as I don’t see any domains registered through this one. So if that is the case, please log out and log back in as the domain owner, so we can go from there. And do include the domain name in your response as well, just in case.
