  Hello again, it looks like that site is using name servers that aren’t associated with WPcom. Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider for assistance? If they say this is a WordPress problem, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
