How do I recover my blog (that I deleted) without authentication codes?

Sheepishly, I got rid of my account (or so I had thought…) and deleted all of my emails linked to the account. I permanently deleted the account without manually removing all of its content. I found my work still online today and was astonished. I wanted to recover the site and delete everything off of it, but without authentication I am unable to do so. I can prove otherwise though, with the photos I uploaded of myself and my paintings that have my name etched onto them. Is there any hope, any luck of accomplishing this? I have started a new blog and wish to recycle some of this stuff, but don’t want it on two sites.
The blog displayed below is my new wordpress; since I am unable to open my old one.

Thank you so much for your help- but I already reviewed those websites :/. Since I deleted my previous emails linked to the account, I cannot fill out the recovery form without the 3 optional reference codes. And cannot log into my old blog because… Well, I deleted it earlier. It’s a bit of a clusterf*ck to be honest. And I do not own a premiem account to be able to ask someone via the live chat.

Fill out what you can on the recover form – the form goes to the Account recovery group – that is your only real option – they will want you to prove that the old account / blog was really yours – there are several ways of proving ownership
If the blog was deleted then the content is gone forever,

The blog is deleted, but the content remains online. I attempted to recover my password but the account does not exist.As for the form, the Proof of Ownership section states that:
To help recover your account, we require some information from you to verify your ownership of the account. Please note that we are unable to recover an account without proof of ownership.
And since I do not have this information, I am unable to even submit. :/ once again, I appreciate your help. It means a lot.

Please just submit as much information as you can on the account recovery form and click the submit link, knowing that we Volunteers are directing you to contact Account Recovery Staff privately ie. off these public support forums that everyone with internet access can access.
