How do I recover my pages, "About" "Home" and "Contact" back to the he

  My tabs including my “about” and “contact” have disappeared when I decided to add another. I have deleted the other one and there is still a problem.

  I’ve added those pages back to your Custom Menu. It seems to work fine now.
