How do I recreate my exact same website, while changing hosting companies?

Our website was created by a marketing company we hired, and they used their own hosting company to put it online. We have decided to stop using this marketing company and control this in-house. We own our domain and would like to change the hosting from their company to our GoDaddy account. The marketing company is unresponsive and will not help us. How can I take our WordPress website down from one host and put it up with another without any changes in appearance, domain, etc?
