How do I redeem my domain?

  Does anyone know how I can redeem my domain after the grace period? The help site gives information that it can be done but doesn’t provide how.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  We can indeed help you restore the domain to your site after the grace period. To get started I’ve sent you a manual payment request for the domain renewal fee and the $80 redemption fee imposed by our registrar.

  Once you’ve made the payment write us back and we’ll start the redemption process. If we are unable to restore the domain we’ll provide you a full refund.
