  How do I redirect individual posts on the blog to their corresponding pages on the new site?

  Hi,

  The Site Redirect upgrade works when the Permalink structure on your new site matches the same format as WordPress.com (e.g. the /year/month/day/post-title/ format). Our forwarding is simple (so it works fast), so there aren’t more specific options.

  On your new site, you can use a plugin like Redirection to had specific redirections within your site from a /year/month/day/post-title/ style address to your current structure.
