How do I redirect visitors to a specific page

  What I want to do:

  I want to send anyone that’s not logged-in to a specific page.

  What I’ve tried:

  -Several redirect plugins (They either don’t work, don’t have a visitor-specific option, or can’t redirect to a specific page)

  -Several role management plugins (None seem to have a feature for redirecting visitors that works)
