How do I reduce the font size of post titles in the shuttle theme?

I am using the shuttle webusiness theme on wordpress
The titles of my posts are huge and when you access them on a phone they are fragmented because they are too large to fit on one line.
I have searched and searched for help on how to reduce the font size of the titles of my posts but nothing has worked. I would like to reduce the font size of the posts that are generated to the homepage as well as the titles on each individual post page.
An example of what I am referring to is here:

Would anyone know how to do this?

It appears that your website (hushabyebaby.com.au) uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.
