how do I reduce the width of my blog so it fits properly into my website

  I want to embed my blog into my website. I have searched and searched on how to decrease the width so it fits nicely into my website when I embed it. PLEASE HELP!!!! The website shows the scroll bar on the right hand side, indicating that it’s too big for the webpage. The website has been done using WIX.

  Thanks raincoaster but the wordpress page is too wide for the wix page….and I really want to decrease the width so it doesn’t look so clunky. Any info on how to do this.
