how do i refresh the site?

i’m trying to add zemanta, and the tutorial says to press on add a new post, and then refresh the site. but what do i click on to refresh the site, update? there’s no button that says refresh. the other way to activate zemanta isnt working for me.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I don’t use Zemata – but usually “refresh” means to force a page reload in the browser – F5 if you have a Windows PC

hi, Silvo.
I tried to use http://en.support.wordpress.com/zemanta-for-recommended-links-photos-articles/#how-to-activate-zemanta but first of all, under “screen options”, there are likes and shares but no recommedations. second, there’s no recommendation model. at the button of the page, there’s “what is related content by zemanta?” which button do i press to activate it?
i do have “help me find related content” in my personal setting.

Is there a chance you could send us a screenshot of your create-new-post page, with that ‘Screen Option’ menu opened? We’d really appreciate it, if we could have a closer look at it, since we cannot figure out what you’re seeing & what’s missing out.
