How do I regain access to a WordPress account?

  Hello. I am trying to reset the password of a WordPress account (not this one that I’m using), however I am unable to provide transaction ID or two-step authentication. It’s so frustrating because I also do not have access to the email address associated with the account. How else can I reset the password?

  You always have to proof one way or another your are the rightfull owner of that account, https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#if-ownership-cannot-be-established
