Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog and is the Admin of the blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator you can delete it by using these instructions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Please note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled.

Since I changed the name of my blog, I can’t access my 4 other blogs, including 2 with paid domains. Becoming BIG problem.

What was the original URL starting with http:// of the blog that you changed please? This thread is flagged for Staff intervention.
