How do I regain access to my website after updating WordPress?

  My website is hosted by GoDaddy.com. I recently upgraded to WordPress version 4.3.2. However, when I did so, I forget to temporarily disable the plugins on the site. When I attempt to log in, I am unable to retrieve my website with all of the posts I have created at http://www.thehistoryofeurope.com.

  Any suggestions?
