How do i reinstate my deleted blog?
-
I deleted my site and want to re start it but the domain is not available.

That is correct. There are no exceptions. That’s why there are three warnings and an email confirmation, all of which say deletion is permanent and irreversible.
-
Oh. I wasn’t given any warnings because I was not responsible for deleting the blog. My employees were.

I am sorry but if you provided your Admin login information or gave Admin status to your employees and they deleted the blog it changes nothing. We still cannot help you.
User Roles
User roles determine the access level or permissions of a person authorized (invited by an Administrator) to use a WordPress.com site. … Nothing is off-limits for Administrators, including deleting the entire site. This is why we recommend having only one administrator per blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/You cannot register any deleted blog URL. To prevent accidental or inadvertent deletion of blogs, there are multiple warnings given that blog deletion is permanent and irreversible. Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and it must be clicked to delete a blog. If clicking that link does not work then copy and paste it into your upper browser window and click. Once the verification link for deletion is clicked the blog URL is forever gone, gone, gone.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
