  Do I need to wait 60 days for domain transfer to take place?

  I’ve updated your name servers. Your domain irving561.com will start pointing to your ipage site soon. I see the new site already, but it can take up to 72 hours for the switch to take effect world wide.

  Do I need to wait 60 days for domain transfer to take place?

  If you decide you want ipage.com to be your domain registrar, you do have to wait 60 days to actually transfer the domain. What we did by pointing your domain to their name servers is called domain mapping, and that change isn’t impacted by the waiting period.
