how do I remove -2/ at end of my permalinks?

Hi, I have a site with 3 posts on it – similar – but different titles. For some reason after I changed one of the titles (they are still all different), two of my posts have a -2/ at the end of their permalinks. How do I get rid of it? (i tried editing the permalink itself, but it comes back the same. also made sure in permalinks I have custom: %postname%)
