How do I remove a 301 redirect?

I have another website on WordPress and I added a redirect via the redirection plugin in error. Now, I am unable to pull up my site or login to wp-admin because of the redirection. When I type in my site it redirects to http://www.mysite.com/mysite.com and give me a 404 error.

It is not possible to install plugins on WordPress.com sites, which means your other site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress, called WordPress.org. We’re not able to help with WordPress.org sites, as they are not connected to our systems in any way.
