How do I remove a background image?

    I need to remove a background image from my mystique themed blog. I had a special NaNoWriMo themed background for this blog for November. Now that the month is over, I would like to remove the image. The handy-dandy page I accessed from the dashboard to put up the background last month seems to have fallen off the face of the earth and the allegedly “improved” customize toolbar does not provide any options to remove the image. There are two issues here:
    1) even after deleting the image from my media library and clearing the cache, the image is still displaying.
    2) it does not appear that the “colors” tab on the customize toolbar supports background images for this theme. Mystique used to support background images. (I know because I was able to get this image up!) Is that a feature that has been taken away from this theme? Will I be able to put up a different seasonal background image at a later date?

    Staff have removed the quick and easy access from Dashboard > Appearance > Background and placed it in that !@#$%! theme customizer. Have you tried accessing it through the theme customizer?

    Sorry for the trouble! Those menu items were actually removed by mistake and should be back now. However, in the future we would like to be able to move as much as possible from under Appearance into the customizer.
