How do I remove a blog from the 'my blogs' list?

  A long time ago I registered an externally hosted wordpress-driven blog. Now I want to move it from the list in http://wordpress.com/my-blogs/, but I don’t see any links to do this.

  If you provide the name and URL of this blog, then the staff can delete that when they get around to it. This thread has been tagged for their attention
