How do I remove a dotted line showing around text on front page?

    How do I remove a dotted line appearing all around the text on my front page? I think it started after I added a tag line to my site title. Really appreciate some help with this.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • It’s coming from this CSS rule on .home .sticky :

    border: 1px dashed #575b59;

    You could override it by using this in your CSS (assuming you have a Premium account or the Custom Design add-on):

    .home .sticky {
        border:none;
    }

    }

    Thank you. No, I don’t have premium. I just joined the free option two days ago. This happened the very same day I started. I feel as if I am being forced to pay, like its a set-up. Too bad. I really like how my blog looks and works, except for this annoying problem. Can’t afford it this month, probably not next month either. VERY disappointing. I didn’t want to pay until I really know what I’m paying for. I thought the free option was supposed to make things easy for you so you could start out and learn. Both thumbs down. BOOOOHHH….

    @kellenrhoads the reason the dotted line appeared is actually because you made the post Raw Hide “sticky.”

    If you don’t need that post to remain at the top of the page, you could remove the sticky designation and the boarder would disappear.

    Here’s more on sticky posts: http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts

    If you need the post to remain sticky, senff is right–the only way to change how it displays is with the upgrade package.
