How do I remove a "linked blog"?

    I no longer have access to the weblog that used to be hosted at http://heightschurch.com/Altitude. It has been shut down by my former employer.

    How do I remove this as a “linked blog” on the “My Blogs” page of he Global Dashboard?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
