Hi there,
I’m not seeing any black bar on the page you linked to. Is this still happening for you?
If it is, could you take a screenshot of what you are seeing and upload it to your media library?
If you post a link to it here I’ll be able to see it.
Thanks!

Hope I did this correctly. Used snipping tool and uploaded to my media file. The black bars in the picture do not appear when the page first opens and the written descriptions appear. But when the audio bar loads (speaker and arrow image) then the back bar comes with it. If this doesn’t work please let me know and I’ll try again. Thanks!

Hi there,
Thanks for the screenshot! That was very helpful.
I looked at your site again in two different browsers and I still don’t see the black bars that you are seeing when you view the page. If you aren’t running the latest version of your browser, you might need to update before you can see your page correctly. We have the latest supported versions of common browsers listed at:
If you are already using the latest version of your browser, could you try clearing your cache and cookies and seeing if the problem persists?
Let me know if none of the above helps resolve your problem.
Thanks!
