How do I remove a single blog from an account with multiple blogs?

  I have several wordpress sites under one account Lapdog Productions (usr name: creative13) including http://bodyequal.wordpress.com/. I have tried to remove bodyequal.wordpress.com on several occassions and it still shows up under my blogs. Can you remove this for me. Thank You.
