How do I remove a site from the global dashboard on WordPress.com?

    I am seeing “Indigo Ink” listed twice when I login to my WordPress.com account, along with several of my other (working) self-hosted WordPress.org installs. I use the Jetpack plugin for a multisite WordPress install, and all of the blogs connect to this WordPress.com account.

    However, the Indigo Ink with the url seventh-star.net/indigo no longer exists, so I can’t go to its dashboard and delete the Jetpack plugin connecting it to WordPress.com, and none of the blogs are listed when I view my Profile here at go to My Blogs (because I’m self-hosted).

    How can I delete that blog?
