how do I remove a site I do not own?

  footsoldiers of the apocaplyse is unfamiliar to me. I’m trying to organize my wordpress for my own publication and I found another site in my name but I do not know what it is and it’s not giving me the option to remove it. Can you assist me?

  I just clicked that link and the website appears to be deactivated already.
