How do I remove a site I no longer have access to?

  • Unknown's avatar

I would like to take down several sites I’ve created over the years but I don’t seem to have access to do so. How do I do this? They are http://www.zpointforlife.com and http://www.zpointforpeace.com.

I have a new website and I don’t want people accessing the old ones. How do I do this?

  • Hi there,

The domain, zpointforpeace.com is not registered with us, and the site is also not hosted with us. It looks like you bought that domain from tucowsdomains.com and it’s hosted with stormweb.net. You’ll need to contact those companies to access that site.

zpointforlife.com is with us, but it belongs to a different username account. You will need to log in as the correct account to make changes to that domain and site.

If you don’t remember the username/login details for that account, you will need to submit the Account Recovery form and someone will contact you via email to help you regain access.
