How do I remove an old blog I don't have access to anymore?

  I had a self-hosted blog at sellyourbooksonline.com which I no longer have access to. I installed Jetpack a few years ago which linked that blog to my wordpress.com account. I now want to remove that blog from my account. However, I cannot go to “Tools –> Delete Site” because I no longer have access. Can it be removed from my account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
