How do I remove blog post pictures from internet?

  Wondering if there is a way to remove my blog post pictures from the internet? While there’s nothing inappropriate, my blog is a few years old and I’d prefer to remove old pictures so future employers who google my name do not see them. How do I do this? Will shutting down the blog entirely do this?

  You can do battle with all the search engines – delete the pictures you don’t want to be seen from the Media Library (just deleting them from a Post still leaves them in the Media Library and reachable by search engines)

  The search results should start to drop down in a few weeks to a couple of three months – but search engines are strange beasts and bits of the pictures might hang around for some time – but they should start dropping as soon as you delete them – but many search engines take up to 3 months to clear a cache
