How do I remove borders from linked images in my footer?

  Hi There

  I am trying out a new theme but trying to make a few edits. We put sponsor logos on our footer but they are showing up with borders round them.

  How can I remove the borders just from the footer images without changing hte rest of the theme settings?

  found the code in the stylesheet and changed the links to black (#000000) for now but I need to know how I can tell it not to use a border :(

  Can anyone help?

  You could try adding border: none;
