How do I remove comments?!

How do I remove the comment section on my blog? I’m using the Oxygen theme by the way.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you go to your dashboard, click on Comments in the sidebar. Then you’ll see all the comments on your blog, just ‘hover’ your mouse over the comment you want to delete, and a red trash button will appear. This will move it to your Trash folder (click on that) and then you can permanently delete the comment. If the comment is spam, make sure to mark it as spam.
