How do I remove forms at the bottom of each page?

  How do I remove the Forms at the end of each page that call for comments

  This is not working for me. I have gone in and done as instructed, and the forms remain. Your response was not helpful.

  You have disabled comments on future posts via Settings -> Discussions, but you’ll need to individually edit all existing posts to remove comments as outlined in http://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-disable-comments/
