How do I remove malware from my blog?

Google Chrome keeps telling me I have malware on my site from some spammy hotel website. I don’t do any hot linking. I don’t want my readers to be afraid to view my blog for fear of malware. What should I do? Thanks a bunch!

In cases like this what’s most often t the source is an image. However, as we cannot see this “malware” warning we cannot determine the source of the malware.
