How do I remove my avatar?

While I think its an interesting option that should be available, I’m not content enough with it to maintain my avatar. Its simply way too small, especially in the comments section on blogs, so it doesn’t fit my tastes.
But uhh…there doesn’t seem to be an option to remove your current avatar completely, all it says is “To change your avatar, upload another one”. I don’t want to change it, i don’t want an avatar at all. How do I remedy this?

And no one offered an adequate solution. The only thing anyone suggested was that I upload a blank white square in place of my current avatar, which, while semi-effective, consequents in a white box next to all my comments. I suppose thats better than a tiny, blurry picture like I had before…
But surely it wouldn’t be too difficult a task to implement a “no avatar” feature? That just seems like a basic option, an “enable avatar” checkbox and a “disable avatar” checkbox, I’ve never seen a forum that allowed for avatars that didn’t have an option to disable them.

Also has grey and light grey images. See the third post down from the image you picked. I thought the solution provided by veltis was quite clever. :)

Meh, Veltis’s grey avatar does the job I suppose, its not a problem and doesn’t constitute a blemish on the blog or anything, and I really don’t care. But I would still advise a disable avatar option, just to dispel any inevitable future confusion.

Please don’t think I was overlooking your suggestion. I just wanted you to have a quick solution even if just a temporary one. Also, you can use admin feedback to send a message about an avatar disable function and include a link to this thread.
