how do I remove my blog with out losing the url?

  The good news is that you can do that easily all by yourself.
  bulk delete images & media http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/deleting-files/#bulk-deletion
  bulk delete posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/#bulk-edit
  bulk delete pages > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/#bulk-edit

  Note that the 404 (page not found) on the front of the blog linked to your username created when you deleted the Hello World placeholder post and it will disappear as soon as you publish a post, not a page.
