How do I remove my user name from the header?

  You can turn the header text off under ‘Appearance’ -> ‘Header’ and select the “No” checkbox at “Display Text”. Although you can also set the Site Title in your Dashboard at ‘Settings’ -> ‘General’. Fill in your title in the form that says: ‘Site Title’ and save your settings by clicking the blue button that says ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the page.
